The facilities were top-notch, with a cool pool where we chilled and had epic water battles. The rooms were dope and always clean, plus the staff were super vibe-y and friendly. We also hit up Leisure Golf Club and Mamba Village, and they were so worth it. We had a blast playing golf and chilling with the giant crocs. It was an unforgettable trip!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene at the hotel. Like, imagine if they had a lit nightclub or organized beach parties for us young people.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the warm staff who provided swift responses and the filling breakfast. The beautiful spacious rooms with both air conditioning and fans were comfortable. The Swahili-style architecture and furniture created a great ambiance, and the size of the room was impressive. The morning staff members and the pool guy were friendly and helpful. The bar was a nice place to hang out, especially if traveling without kids. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach and Malindi Mombasa road. the experience was enjoyable and I would recommend trying the restaurant il covo for good Italian food and wine.

I felt welcomed into the family and had no complaints whatsoever.

I chose Kahama Hotel Mombasa because of its proximity to Bamburi Beach, as I wanted to visit the Mombasa Marine Park & Reserve. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour room service at the hotel. It was convenient to have access to food and drinks at any time. , the shared lounge and gift shop were nice amenities to have.

Overall it was a wonderful stay during our vacation. Helpful staff who were ready to help. The room was very quiet, large bed. Food was great and their restaurant was good.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary disaster- I had to resort to eating out.

Everything was simply well-maintained. Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was magnificent and super and not far from the sports bar, the city mall, and the main restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mombasa that exceeded all my expectations. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the great prices for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the well-stocked mini bar in the rooms to the beautiful African-inspired decor, this hotel truly knows how to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Lastly, I must mention the staff who were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Cathy at the reception for her warm welcome and excellent problem-solving skills. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious African dishes to choose from. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I will definitely be returning in the future.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

Super good breakfast with wonderful staff. The accommodation is very clean and very safe. Refrigerator Safe Air conditioning everything worked fine.

The mattress is an absolute disaster. In principle it is not a mattress at all, but rather a board. Fortunately, I had only booked two nights. Actually, I would have liked to stay longer, but under these circumstances it just wasn't possible. Too bad.

We loved the hotel, it was peaceful and had perfect location near public transport as well as the beach. The breakfast was reasonably good and perfect with Africa foods and also a real good cappuccino fresh juices: D

We greatly enjoyed it. This was a quite comfortable stay during our vacation. Vipingo Estate airport was hardly 18 minutes away by car.

We didn't have view, were a little disappointed.

What an amazing holiday! First, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. And the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Another plus was the location, just a short walk from beautiful beaches and conveniently located near shops and transportation. We especially loved the daily newspaper delivery with our breakfast.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive.
